How to Set Up a Corporate Account
Students may attend using a corporate account sponsored by a corporation or alliance. Current class prices for reference, in ISK per Pilot:

The minimum payment to start an account is 100 mil. Where possible, topping up corp accounts should also be done in increments of at least 100mil
To qualify, an officer of your corporation must set up a corporate account by making a post in this thread and then sending the isk to AGONY UNLEASHED. To make our life easier, please also state the date/time of the transfer. Ideally this should be paid by corp to corp transfer, however if it was paid by an individual instead, please state this in your post as well.
When setting up your account, please provide your corp name and corp ticker in the following format:
If you wish, you can specify which classes your members are able to attend using the corp account, and we will include this with the entry (please note that Agony doesn't currently enforce these restrictions, it's just for you and your member's reference).
Within a short amount of time an AGONY director or PVP-U admin will process your account, adding you to the list in this thread.
If you recently set up an account and it isn't listed in the thread yet, don't worry - providing you've posted here and sent the isk, your account is considered active. After this your students will be able to enroll for classes using the corp account, and the money will be deducted from your account by our admins.
Make sure your students mention they are on the corp account. You'd be suprised how often people forget this one! When enrolling using your corporate account, your students must include in their post that they are doing so, or they won't be marked down as paid!
If your account is running low, you can add additional funds to your account at any time simply by posting in this thread. Again, please include the details of the transfer to help our admins locate it!

UPDATE: As of April 22th, 2012, we've moved our corporate accounts to a *gasp!* spreadsheet! Imagine that, a spreadsheet in Eve! :) UPDATE Oct 14th 2012: Issue with missing drop-down box to select corp ticker has been corrected.
Seriously, our current method to track corporate account balances and activity is unnecessarily time-consuming and confusing. A more open and transparent method to track corporate accounts has long been needed, and is finally here.
All corporate account balances and activity are now tracked on this nifty little Google Docs spreadsheet which you can access by clicking this link now. In the middle of the spreadsheet is this bright green box, just click the little blue arrow on the right of the green box and select your corporation/alliance's ticker from the drop-down list. Once you select your ticker, you will see the current balance for your corporation/alliance, PLUS all activity on your account!
Deposits to corporate accounts haven't changed - you just post in this thread like you always have. The only thing that has changed is viewing your balance(s) and account activity.
NOTE: The new spreadsheet only displays account activity as of April 22nd, 2012. Eventually I'll figure out a way to have the spreadsheet "embedded" in this forum but for now, just click the link above!
