I f*&!ing sick of everyone thinking all the cool kids are pirates!!! And if you're reading this, then you probably are too. So before management can say no, I'm announcing some Alumni fun. Bring out the good stuff, we're going on a pirate hunt. TeaDaze and I are going to hijack the class fleets, it's time for something different.

Location: Stacmon VII-I
Start Time: 7 November @ 20:00 eve time (undocking at 20:00)
End Time: Usually about 4 hours for our roams.
Ships: T1 & T2 Cruisers, Interceptors
Maximum Pilots: 50

This fleet is in conjunction with a basic class fleet and we'll run it separately but in-coordination with that fleet. Ships should be fit for PVP, don't bring a t2 cruiser if you can't afford to loose it (or don't know how to fly it). Remember t1 cruisers are cheap and insurable. Skip the battlecuisers, my a.d.d. just can't handle waiting for those pigs to align.

I'll update this message a few days before with maps that you should print out.

And ummm...you should realize we'll be shooting people in low-sec. We'll do our best to keep it to flashies but.... This doesn't mean we'll limit ourselves to low-sec only, null-sec targets are still 100% viable.

Also, that a.d.d. thing makes me really impatient when it comes time to undock. Be in stacmon and be ready, we'll have people handling the fleet and the fleet manager already there for the basic class. We will undock promptly at 20:00.

Pilots signed-up up by class as of 10/26 @ 0150. Max will be 50 and I'm going to give it a couple more days for advanced pilots to sign-up. I'm going to plan an alumni roam that's not based around a class before long, so if you don't make this one, we'll get you one the next one.

Hello SkerwedUp, does this refer to Alumni of the PVP Advanced Class or it is open for all Alumni? The PVP Advanced Cruiser Examples are classified as Public, so they can be read by anyone. If it is Public for anyone, would it be ok to bring a Celestis? (It is not included in the examples) Are Weapon Upgrades 5 and Adv. Weapon Upgrades 3 requirements for the other ships (the fittings seem to sugest it, but it isn't listed as a requirement for the advanced Class)? Thank you Iakop

I'll update the op but people that are Advanced Alumni will take 1st prefernce, Wolfpacks alumni 2nd and basic 3rd if there's more than 50 people that sign up. Celestis is cool. As we taught in basic class, fit to the bonuses first. i.e. you want to fit the sensor dampeners first. Lastly, if I had to limit the fleet to only people with AWU 5, we'd probably not get 10 people in the fleet.

For cruisers and up, we prefer to think you can come up with fittings by yourself (since typically you will have taken both BASIC and wolfpacks by this stage). The skills you mentioned simply help with the fitting, and some fitting examples may use them.
